Getting started with Content Redefined AI

Set up your business profile, understand what is free, and take your first article from plan to review.

Your first goal: confirm a useful business profile, approve a sensible content direction, and review one article. You do not need SEO expertise or a WordPress connection to begin.

Before you start

Have your public website address ready. Choose the website for the business you want the content to support, rather than a social profile or a private staging address. Think about the person you want to reach and what a good next step looks like: a product signup, a booking, or an enquiry.

Content Redefined AI is built around a website’s ongoing Growth workspace. The standalone Writer, Rewriter, SEO Agent, and research tools belong to the legacy experience. You can leave those aside when following these guides.

1. Confirm what the app learns about your business

  1. Open Content Redefined AI, sign in or create your account, and enter your website.
  2. Wait for the quick website pass to suggest your business, product, audience, language, voice, and topics. This reads a small set of important pages; it does not edit your site.
  3. Review the suggestions. Correct vague descriptions, outdated offerings, or an audience that is too broad. Confirm the profile before moving on.

A useful audience description

Instead of “businesses,” try “owners of independent yoga studios who need to reduce missed bookings.” Instead of “friendly voice,” try “clear, practical, and reassuring; explain unfamiliar terms and avoid exaggerated promises.” These are examples, not required wording.

The confirmed profile becomes the context for your plan and articles. Later website analysis should not silently replace the corrections you made. You can update the business context in Brand & site as your product changes.

2. Choose the goal and working style

Describe what organic traffic should ultimately do for your business. A concrete goal helps the plan connect useful education to a relevant next step.

  • Prepare drafts automatically: after approval, due articles can be prepared for your review.
  • I’ll start each draft: you choose when to begin preparing the work.

Both options keep publication under your control. Draft preparation does not mean an article has appeared on your website.

3. Understand the paid boundary

The quick website profile is free to set up and review. Growth costs €99 per month for one website, excluding applicable VAT. Paid activation starts the deeper analysis, the rolling plan, and the article workflow. Checkout charges immediately; there is no free trial. Read the billing guide before activating.

After activation, analysis runs in the background. The Workspace reports progress and shows the plan when it is ready. You can return to the app rather than leaving the browser open waiting.

4. Review one article before building a routine

  1. Open Plan. Read the reason for a topic and decide whether it supports your audience and business.
  2. Approve appropriate work. Adjust direction or titles where needed.
  3. Start a draft, or let an approved, due item prepare through draft autopilot.
  4. Open the result in Articles. Review its claims, sources, examples, and next step.
  5. Use copy/export, or connect WordPress when you are ready to send a reviewed post.
