Review and improve an AI article
Check the evidence, add your expertise, edit the draft, and prepare a clear publishing handoff.
Start with the article
Open Articles or the result needing review in your Workspace. The article workspace keeps the draft, research, metadata, media, and publishing handoff together. A result marked Ready for review has finished preparation; it still needs your judgment.
Read the introduction and conclusion first. Can you identify who this is for, what problem it solves, and what the reader should do next? Then work through the body. Fix a weak purpose before polishing individual sentences.
Check facts and supporting evidence
- Open source links. Check that the source supports the actual statement, rather than merely covering a similar topic.
- Verify business claims. Confirm product capabilities, prices, integrations, and availability against what you currently offer.
- Review numbers and named examples. Remove unsupported figures, unverified customer stories, or claims that need stronger evidence.
- Read research limitations. Reduced search evidence can still produce a useful draft, but it should affect how confidently you present claims.
Research and editorial checks support your review; they cannot certify every sentence. For advice that needs specialist judgment, involve the appropriate qualified reviewer before publishing.
Add the part only you know
Replace generic examples with truthful observations from your business. Explain why a tradeoff matters, show a real workflow, or add an original screenshot you are entitled to use. Avoid inventing an anecdote simply to make the article sound experienced.
From generic to useful
Generic: “A good booking policy improves customer experience.”
More useful: describe the exact cancellation window your studio uses, why you chose it, and how you explain it during booking. Include only details that are true for your business.
Keep your product recommendation proportionate. An educational article should help the reader even if they decide not to buy.
Edit, save, and prepare the handoff
Use the workspace editor and save your changes before exporting or sending. Avoid editing the same draft in several tabs at once. If the app reports a newer revision, reload and reconcile the versions rather than overwriting blindly.
Check the title, description, URL slug, headings, and links. A title should accurately describe the page. A description should explain its value without claiming results the article cannot deliver. Make internal links useful in context, and check that their destinations exist.
Generate a featured image if it helps the article. Inspect it for misleading text, distorted details, or an implication that it is a real photo. Add meaningful alt text where an image conveys information. You can also publish without a generated image.
Publish deliberately
For WordPress blog posts, choose draft, publish now, or schedule after confirming the correct destination. Landing and product-page drafts use copy/export so you can review them in your page builder. Another CMS can use the same copy/export route.
Keep later edits in the right place. After a successful WordPress send, make subsequent changes to that post in WordPress. The integration does not keep the two copies synchronized or resend the same article to the same site.
